Virgin Atlantic Chooses Volvo For Its Quality, Comfort and Style

Volvo is pleased to announce a new three-year contract to supply premium luxury cars to the chauffeur service1 Virgin Atlantic offers its Upper Class passengers in the UK.

The Virgin Atlantic fleet, operated by Tristar Worldwide Chauffeur Services, will primarily be made up of the Volvo V70 estate and the all-new S80 saloon, including the option of Volvo's Bi-Fuel and XC90 models, to offer the ultimate in Scandinavian luxury and style to Virgin Atlantic Upper Class customers as they enjoy chauffeured transport to and from the airport. 

Sir Richard Branson, chairman of Virgin Atlantic commented:

  1. Virgin Atlantic chauffer drive service for Upper Class passengers includes transfers to and from the airport and also includes a Drive Thru Check In service at both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. This provides a dedicated area where the cars are met by check-in agents who security profile the passengers, take any luggage and issue boarding passes without the passengers needing to leave the comfort of the Volvo.
