High Mileage Entry Form

PLEASE READ:
This is an automated system of entering your mileage into the database. This form is only to be used if this is the first time you are sending us your mileage.

If you are updating then use the UPDATE MILEAGE form.

Please make sure you select MILES or Km (Kilometers) correctly as Km are automatically changed to MILES in the database.

Show mileage figures as 000000 not 000,000 or 000.000

Once you have pressed the SUBMIT button you can them add another car if you have more than one.
